The property today consists of the virtually intact turret house with Mary’s room and ornate plaster ceiling and substantial ruins of the original manor house that the Earls of Shrewsbury made so famous. Funds are being raised to stabilise and renovate the turret house and ceiling, enhance the landscaping of the grounds and preserve and restore the ruins.
